Thurrock Power Limited’s DCO application accepted for examination

Thurrock Power Limited’s application for a Development Consent Order relating to the Thurrock Flexible Generation Plant was submitted to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, via the Planning Inspectorate (‘the Inspectorate’), on 27th May 2020. The application was accepted for examination on 24thJune 2020 and the reference number applied to the application by the Inspectorate is EN010092.

Please ensure you quote the Inspectorate’s reference: EN010092 in all correspondence with the Inspectorate about the application.

Please also note that representations can be made from 10th July 2020 and must be received by the Inspectorate by 23.59 on 18th August 2020.
